An Exhibition for Dutch Design Week 2025. Featuring 38 artists, 4 courses, hundreds of visitors and 250 trays, this collective buffet questions: “Where does unlimited end?”
Are you familiar with our concept? ALL YOU CAN EAT playfully parodies the all-you-can-eat-mentality that extends far beyond restaurant doors; addressing themes such as overconsumption and waste, individualism and conformism, tradition and optimization.
We fill up our plates to make sure we don’t miss a thing. We want a spoon of that perfect body, a serving of that big promotion and some sprinklings of love on top. But with every extra portion, the plate becomes more monotonous… And also, what is that parsley leaf hiding?
Curated by Femke Hoppenbrouwer, Nils Axen and Fedora Boonaert.

Femke Hoppenbrouwer (1998) is a Dutch social designer and artist who addresses large societal topics by zooming in on small recognisable details from everyday life. She engages with complex public issues, such as ageism, inclusivity and social stigma’s, by transforming them into playful works using joy, humor and celebration. Her practice seeks to build bridges between the worlds of art and design and social fields in order to make each more approachable to wider audiences.
Combining field-based research, community collaboration and artistic experimentation, Femke creates mixed-media works, primarily using film and performance, that aim to subvert stereotypes and introduce alternative narratives that put a smile on your face while making you critically aware about the world around us.
Alongside her art & design practice, Femke is active as a creative for the Dutch human rights organisation Humanistisch Verbond, as well as part of Touchy Studios and tutoring at Design Academy Eindhoven.
Based in the Netherlands. Working between
Utrecht, Eindhoven, Amsterdam, The Hague.
Nominated for a Dutch Design Award 2024
